Biden anticipated to beg for larger oil manufacturing from the person he known as a pariah. What makes the distinction if the oil manufacturing comes from Saudia Arabia or the US? Why would not he simply grant the oil permits and OK the pipeline. Higher the cash goes to the US than Saudi Arabia and Russia. It would not change the fossil gas equation as to who produces it.
