Vanderpump Rules star Charli Burnett is regretting being on team Raquel Leviss’ before Scandoval went down!
For those who haven’t seen this week’s episode of the Bravo series, viewers saw Lala Kent, Katie Maloney, and Kristina Kelly say Raquel cannot be trusted around someone’s man – especially after making a move on Tom Schwartz and making out with Garcelle Beauvais’ married son Oliver Saunders. Katie even noted on the episode:
“I am starting to see a pattern in Raquel. It seems like she is only interested in men that her friends are either married to or interested in. That’s a big red flag for me.”
While out to dinner, Charli clapped back at Lala’s remarks that the 28-year-old’s behavior was offensive to all women, saying:
“I don’t know who made Lala the spokeswoman of women, but we need to find a new president or manager. She is the last person I would want to speak for me. Talk about how you went from a mansion back to an apartment.”

As the girls continued to go back and forth during the heated exchange, Charli defended he SUR waitress’ actions, as Raquel noted that Lala slept with her ex James Kennedy while they were still together and was Randall Emmett’s “mistress.” As you can expect, the Give Them Lala host wasn’t too happy about those comments!
It was a messy girl’s trip, to say the least. And given that Raquel was later caught having a months-long affair with their co-star Tom Sandoval while he was still in a relationship with Ariana Madix earlier this month, these scenes did not age well for Charli! Many Bravo fans were even quick to call out the 26-year-old for defending the former pageant queen.
But now knowing about the whole Scandoval, Charli walked back on her defense of Raquel and said she felt “incredibly silly” over it. She tweeted this week:
“Oh wow would these convos go differently now. I hate when people aren’t honest. Tbh I feel incredibly silly on some things obvi knowing what I know now. I can take the accountability on my end always. But what I won’t apologize for is always being a good & honest girls girl. Even if I look dumb for believing someone.”
Charli added:
“I pride myself always on being a good friend. Especially to the women around me. I am only responsible for my words & actions if they ever hurt anyone.. xx .”
We mean, Charli did not know Raquel was messing around with Sandoval behind Ariana’s back at this point! Fans cannot fault her too much for helping out a friend in the moment! Reactions, Perezcious readers? Let us know in the comments below.
