That’s according to injury expert Ben Dinnery, who expects Luis Sinisterra to make a comeback before the year is up following his rare foot injury.
Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, he claimed: “Because of the nature of this injury, it’s one that you can’t give any definitive timeline with.
“This is because they’re very difficult in terms of their healing. It’s one of those things that you’re going to have to assess on a daily basis and one of those injuries that can potentially sort of react and flare up during that recovery process.
“So, the optimism is that he returns this year, certainly in terms of his availability. But the reality is we can’t give any guarantees about that.”
Marsch must unleash him
As soon as he is deemed to be fit, Jesse Marsch must surely be considering throwing him straight back into the fold.
Whilst Crysencio Summerville has starred in his absence, with four goals in his last four Premier League games, Jack Harrison has been somewhat struggling since his blistering start to the campaign.
Having recorded four goal contributions in his first three games of the season, he is yet to score or assist in the ten matches following.
Given these are the only other fit wingers at the club, it leaves the American short on options to replace his forwards should they underperform.
However, before his injury, Sinisterra had proven himself a constant threat for the Whites.
Having scored twice in nine games, the 23-year-old also ranked in the top 16% for dribbles completed. It is this composure and trickery that likely led Conor McGilligan to label him “slick”
However, his defensive credentials are what truly make him an asset to this team.

He ranked in the top 5% for tackles and the top 1% for interceptions, with the £70k-per-week dynamo offering the perfect blend of attacking flair and defensive steel.
Also, his maverick nature makes him a particularly useful offensive option to boast. McGilligan had dubbed one of his goals earlier in the season as “Paul Gasgoigne-esque”.
With a dwindling pool of wide men, this return will be music to Marsch’s ears. He will relish his comeback, which he should look to encourage as soon as possible.
