ManningCast, an alternate broadcast for Monday Night Football games featuring Pro Football Hall of Famer Peyton Manning and his brother Eli Manning, has become a staple for NFL fans.
Peyton and Eli’s commentary, analysis, and discussion with guests, which includes current and former players, coaches, actors, and other celebrities, have been a fascinating addition to broadcasting games. However, despite its immense success, ManningCast is only available during select Monday Night Football games.
So every Monday, fans are left wondering whether they will be able to enjoy the game along with Peyton and Eli and their often fascinating guests.
ManningCast during Chargers vs. Colts
Unfortunately, ManningCast won’t be available during NFL Week 16’s Monday Night Football game between the Los Angeles Chargers and Indianapolis Colts. In fact, there’ll be no ManningCast in Week 17 or 18 of the 2022 NFL regular season.
Peyton and Eli will return with ManningCast during the NFL playoffs. They will be on hand to provide their insight during the Wildcard game on January 16th, 2023. It’s still unclear which two teams will feature in the game, but irrespective of who faces off in the contest, Peyton and Eli’s presence will elevate the importance of the battle.
The NFL playoffs will commence on January 14th, 2023 with two Wildcard matches. The next day, three more Wildcard matches will decide which teams progress to the divisional round before the lone Monday Night Football clash rounds off Wildcard Week.
Ten teams have already booked their berths in the playoffs, while six spots will be up for grabs in the final two weeks of the season. Division titles and wildcard spots will be on the line over the next fortnight. The 2022 NFL regular season is winding down, but there’s still plenty left to be decided before the playoffs commence on January 14th.
