UnitedHealth Group Inc. (NYSE: UNH) has put one of its Minnetonka offices up for sublease.
The listing is for up to 150,000 square feet in an office building at 12700 Whitewater Drive. The listing was made public earlier this month and is the third large office property occupied by UnitedHealth Group or a subsidiary that’s recently hit the leasing market.
