(Reuters) – The British authorities has accepted the sale of Royal Mail (LON:) to Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky, the Monetary Instances reported on Monday.
The approval for Kretinsky’s 5.3 billion kilos ($6.69 billion) takeover of Royal Mail proprietor Worldwide Distribution Companies is about to be introduced on Monday morning, the report stated, citing folks accustomed to the matter.
