NEW YORK (Reuters) – A U.S. decide formally ended Rudy Giuliani’s chapter on Friday – a transfer that lets sexual harassment, defamation and different lawsuits proceed towards him stemming from his previous work for former President Donald Trump – following a two-week delay precipitated by his failure to pay sure authorized charges.

Giuliani, 80, filed for Chapter 11 chapter safety in December after a court docket in Washington ordered him to pay $148 million to 2 Georgia election staff who he had falsely accused of rigging votes within the 2020 presidential election wherein Joe Biden defeated Trump.
