A West Campus bar that’s been a haven for Longhorns might be was pupil housing, based on an software filed July 19 with the town.
Bleyl Engineering filed the challenge plan together with 24 RG LLC to develop on the location of Cain & Abel’s at 2313 Rio Grande St. The bar has been round since 1991.
