The Supreme Court is going to take up the question of whether Donald Trump is barred by the 14th Amendment from serving in government because of his part in the insurrection on Jan. 6, 2021.
That amendment also references those who give aid and comfort to insurrectionists.
Would denying the legitimacy of the election result, after about 60court cases found the election was properly administered, also be considered giving aid and comfort to insurrectionists?
If such is the case, shouldn’t all members of Congress who support the notion that the 2020 election was stolen be ejected from office and barred from further service?
