Official Trailer for Funky Texas Comedy ‘Rats!’ A couple of Graffiti Artist

“She thinks that you’re in possession of nukes and are planning to explode Texas.” Wait, what!? Yellow Veil Footage has revealed an official trailer for a wacky, bizarre, indie comedy movie titled Rats! set in Fresno, Texas. This initially premiered on the 2023 Cucalorus Movie Pageant a couple of years in the past, and performed at extra fests all through 2024 together with Fantasia and Seattle and Calgary Underground. In Fresno, Texas, graffiti artist Raphael’s arrest results in his involvement in a series of unusual occasions involving a sting operation, suicide, drug offers, legal suspicions, weapons, a newswoman, and a plutonium deal gone improper, creating chaos. Critiques add much more superlatives: “Chock-full of gross-out humor, emo haircuts, and a feminine cop who loves the c-word, Rats! is an incredibly touching coming-of-age story.” Rats! stars Danielle Evon Ploeger, Luke Wilcox, Darius Autry, Khali Sykes, Ariel Ash, Jacob Wysocki, and John Ennis. Seems to be like a loopy punk rock indie movie from the 90s that they used to make. Bonkers! This really looks like good enjoyable.

It is 2007 in Pfresno, Texas. Raphael is in county jail following an arrest for graffiti. He is an excellent child. It’s simply graffiti. So you may’t blame Raphael for the occasions that unfold after his arrest. He’s not accountable for the sting operation, the suicide, Pflophaus’s new mix-tape, Officer Williams and her delusional suspicions, the meth pipes, the FBI, the wealthy youngsters with nothing to lose, Mateo, Larry the pig, all of the knives, the native aspiring TV newswoman, the plutonium deal gone improper, or anybody who might or might not die on account of that deal turning bitter. None of it’s his fault, however it’s his drawback. The second Raphael walks out of that cell, he’ll be caught on this turbulent curler coaster of misguided chaos. An amusement trip that’s a pleasure to observe in movement, so long as you’re not the one on it. Rats! is co-written and co-directed by two indie filmmakers Carl Fry & Maxwell Nalevansky, each making their function directorial debut after quick movies beforehand. It is produced by Carl Fry, Maxwell Nalevansky, Adam Levin, Alison Moses, Harrison Nalevansky, Danielle Evon Ploeger.
