Keller Williams events are known as the biggest and best in the real estate industry, and planning and hosting an event as large as Family Reunion or Mega Camp takes serious coordination. After every conference, the KWRI Events team surveys attendees to gather feedback about their experience. The results of those surveys are used to inform the following year’s agenda, speaker lineup, networking opportunities, and even when and where coffee is served. The KWRI team then sets out to build on what worked, make meaningful upgrades, and provide attendees with a next-level learning experience.

This year’s Mega Camp promises a host of fresh updates. Learn more about what’s new for Mega Camp 2026 and what you can expect to experience in San Antonio, Texas, August 17-20.

One Event, Two Tracks, Built for Agents and Market Center Leaders

The origins of Mega Camp trace back to 2002. In the 20 years that followed the inaugural gathering of KW’s top producers, the event evolved to include distinct but overlapping experiences for KW® agents and Market Center leaders. In 2022, Mega Camp was separated into two events — Mega Agent Camp and Mega Leadership Camp — and operated at different times of the year.

2026 marks the reunification of Mega Agent Camp and Mega Leadership Camp into one powerful Mega Camp. It’s a move that KWRI Chief Marketing Officer Sandra Howard says is all about alignment. Because Keller Williams-affiliated agents and leaders learn from common models and systems, Sandra says, “Mega Camp is where our community, our ecosystem, can continue to learn and grow together, and share what it means to succeed in today’s market.”

This year, the combined event takes the place of Mega Agent Camp in August. The timing provides an opportunity to assess year-to-date progress and make strategic adjustments based on market conditions and goals. Michaelyne Escobar, interim director of Events at KWRI, says “Bringing agents and Market Center leaders together in Q3 creates the opportunity for shared understanding of what’s working, what’s changing, and where business is going.” It’s the ideal time to build momentum to close out the year strong.

While Mega Camp 2026 is one event, it’s far from one-size-fits-all. MC26 offers tailored learning tracks for agents and Market Center leaders, with an agenda designed to maximize the learning experience and optimize the investment in attending.

Following the all-call Welcome Party on Monday, Aug. 17, Tuesday kicks off a full day and a half of agent-centered content, where agents and Market Center leaders are invited to learn side by side. On Wednesday afternoon, agents head off to mastermind sessions, while Market Center leaders head back to General Session for additional presentations and discussions. Mega Camp closes out on Thursday, Aug. 20, with leadership mastermind sessions.

The Main Stage Reimagined

Exciting changes are coming to the General Session main stage for 2026, Sandra says. In addition to panels of top-performing agents, external experts and a keynote speaker feature in this year’s lineup. And while marathon morning and afternoon sessions were characteristic of prior Mega Camps, Mega Camp 2026 features shorter, sharper main stage sessions, plus additional breaks for networking, exploring the Exhibit Hall, and conducting time-sensitive business. Sandra says attendees will notice more breathing room in the agenda — a change that’s being made in direct response to survey feedback.

But Sandra is also clear about what won’t change for MC26. “Our KWRI leaders — Gary Keller, Jason Abrams, Jay Papasan, Chris Czarnecki, and others — will still be front and center, moderating panel discussions and speaking to our community of agents and Market Center leaders about the issues that are most important to their businesses,” she says.

Michaelyne says the people, the culture, and the caliber of the content are also a constant. “There’s something powerful about being in a room with this community: agents, leaders, and top performers who are all focused on growth. That access and culture are a big part of what make Mega Camp work, and that’s not changing; that’s what makes us KW!”

Role-Based Masterminds: Deeper Learning for Your Path

Mega Agent Camps of the past have offered agents access to mastermind sessions at an additional cost. For Mega Camp 2026, however, agent masterminds are built into the experience and serve as the closing session for agents on Wednesday afternoon. Sandra calls the integration a helpful development in pricing consolidation and a simpler way to experience Mega Camp, with fewer add-ons.

Facilitated by KW MAPS Coaching, mastermind breakout sessions are segmented by role and focus area: buyer agent, listing agent, luxury, operations, rainmaker/CEO, and solo agent/inside sales agent. Attendees get hands-on experience developing action plans and implementing strategies, and can expect to leave feeling energized and motivated to hit their goals.

While masterminds are included in the ticket price, CEO Summit still requires an additional fee. When asked why, Sandra explains that while Mega Camp content is business-critical, CEO Summit offers an opportunity to learn from renowned subject matter experts who cover topics outside the realm of real estate; it serves as a complement to Mega Camp programming. The half-day event, which takes place on Monday before the official opening of Mega Camp, is intentionally built for a smaller audience, with a lineup comprising exclusively external speakers. Last year’s summit brought together a motivational speaker and author, a leading expert in nutrition, and a mission-driven fashion entrepreneur — a lineup that reflects the breadth of perspective CEO Summit is designed to deliver. “We’re very purposeful in who we bring to the CEO Summit stage, and we’re committed to offering the experience at a great value for those who are interested in the speaker content,” she says.

A Cohesive Experience and Exhibit Hall

Design is a crucial component of the Mega Camp experience, Sandra says, and it’s the job of KWRI Marketing and Communications Creative Director Adam Dudd to bring Mega Camp to life. Adam’s team designs the “look and feel” of the conference, then scales design assets across every event element, from main stage graphics and event signage to Exhibit Hall booths and activations.

Before diving into design concepts, Adam’s team starts with assessing the goals of the event and how to best integrate attendee feedback. His team also factors in current market conditions and audience sentiment, then begins the process of exploring fresh design directions that will deliver a memorable experience.

“Event design is a physical, tangible, sensory extension of the KW brand,” Adam says. “We want our attendees to feel engaged and inspired onsite, and to walk away with real value and the motivation to move their businesses forward. At every moment, the design should either make an attendee’s experience easier, more valuable, or more fun.”

Sandra echoes Adam’s view. “People choose to be part of Keller Williams for a reason,” she says. “When attendees walk into Mega Camp 2026, they should feel the value we bring to the table through the physical experience itself. We want them to immediately be reminded of why they chose Keller Williams, and to feel a reignition of pride in being affiliated with the brand.”

A woman in a checkered blazer and pink top smiles while standing in front of a modern, ring-lit digital photo booth. The booth's screen is visible, and other event attendees are blurred in the background of the exhibition hall.

The physical experience within the Exhibit Hall is a top area of focus for Michaelyne, who says her team is encouraging sponsors and exhibitors to shift from static booths to more immersive, hands-on environments where attendees can engage, learn, and solve real business challenges in the moment.

While budgets always inform what’s feasible, Michaelyne’s team is also giving close consideration to logistical factors, including eliminating barriers to connectivity, incorporating more soft seating, and introducing dedicated work areas inside General Session and the Exhibit Hall. “Things like Wi-Fi, seating, and space to work aren’t small details. Rather, they directly impact whether or not someone can stay engaged,” she says.

As attendees move through Mega Camp, Michaelyne notes, they should be able to shift seamlessly between learning, connecting, and applying in real time. “This isn’t just about putting on a conference,” she concludes. “It’s about creating one connected journey that supports how our people work, learn, and grow today. If we do that well, the experience becomes one of the most valuable things they invest their time in all year.”
