How do John Legend and Chrissy Teigen keep their “sex life alive”?
That was the big question for Alex Cooper on Wednesday’s episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast, in which the Ordinary People singer was in the hot seat. She asked Legend how he and Chrissy keep things “hot” after so many years and all these kids. His big secret? It’s not all that mysterious. He advised:
“Lock the door if you have kids!”
Ha! It seems pretty simple, but it’s all too real! The Voice coach revealed daughter Luna, 6, and son Miles, 4, will barge in at the worst times if they aren’t PHYSICALLY BARRED:
“Our kids have a way of finding their way into our room, so if we ever want to have a good time, we gotta lock the door.”
Yup! If the mood is going to stay hot and heavy, you gotta make sure there is NO WAY the kids are going to walk in and see mommy-and-daddy time! We’re guessing newborn daughter Esti hasn’t figured out how to get in doors on her own — but she also doesn’t have object permanence yet, so they probably aren’t worried about scarring her for life either! LOLz!

We’re sure it also helps keep things hot when the couple in question are a smooth singer of some of the most romantic songs in the game and a supermodel known for her Sports Illustrated swimsuit pictorials. But John actually makes clear Chrissy’s body is NOT what he finds sexiest about her! Her “hottest” quality? Her sense of humor! He explained:
“It’s probably obvious, but she makes me laugh all of the time and I think that just changes your whole world when you have somebody around you that makes you laugh. Even when you go through the worst things… when [your partner] has a sense of humor it just makes life better, it really does.”
Aww! Chrissy’s sense of humor and frankness has always been what’s made her stand out to us, too! In a sea of supermodels with nothing to say, she certainly is unique. (But hey, get you a partner who can do both, we say!)
