Jamie Foxx is Back in Action!
According to TMZ on Friday, the iconic actor is getting back to business after his mystery health scare earlier this year. Sources told the outlet that he shot a brand new commercial for BetMGM on Wednesday at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. The insiders dished that he didn’t show any signs of slowing down! Such great news to hear considering he spent nearly four months in rehab after his mystery health issue.
In the commercial, which will air right before the NFL season kicks off, the 55-year-old Oscar winner is sitting in the cockpit of a golden Formula One car. This isn’t going to be his only ad, though! The sports betting company reports he’s going to be starring in their commercials from the upcoming football season and beyond as a new face for the company’s advertisements.

You can get a sneak peek of what the upcoming advert will look like, too, as Jamie has posted his first pic of himself to Instagram since his health scare on Thursday! Officially announcing his partnership with BetMGM, and reminiscing on his trip to Vegas, the star wrote in the caption:
“Thankful for my @betmgm family and a great few nights in Vegas. We got BIG things coming soon “

Wayne Gretzky will also be in the ad, according to his post from Friday, and the Canadian hockey legend teased their upcoming projects by saying:
“Great to be in Vegas working with @iamjamiefoxx and @betmgm. One of the best nights of my life with the greatest person. Big things coming soon…”
Not only that, his daughter Corinne Foxx also posted a pic of herself and her dad on her Stories, expressing how proud she was of him! She wrote next to the photo:

Jamie looks like he’s doing better than ever!
We still don’t have much information on what exactly happened, but there’s been a lot of speculation as to what sent the Ray star to the hospital. It was a serious situation, and was reported to be life-threatening at the time, but we’re so glad to see it didn’t knock him down. He’s back and ready to keep going. Love, love, love it!
