A LANDLORD has reportedly booted out a resident after the woman wore an “inappropriate” swimsuit while alone in the block’s pool.
Marisol Yotta was left furious when she received the move on notice after filming herself swimming at her private residence.

The contentious video was posted on her Instagram and showed the glam American bobbing in the water at her rented Florida estate.
Her wet swimsuit did appear to reveal the outline of her boobs – which the landlord allegedly deemed “inappropriate”.
However, Marisol claimed she was alone at the time and did not receive any complaints.
It was only after she posted the racy video that her landlord evicted her.

The OnlyFans model has since taken to social media to air out her grievances, which sparked fury online.
Her post read: “This is the video I got discriminated for.
“The board of Prive Island wrote me a letter from their attorneys and told me I am no longer welcome on their island because of this video.
“Well obviously it’s no problem for Instagram, but when I go swimming at 7am in the morning alone in the pool then it’s a problem for the board who just stalk my Instagram instead of repairing the steamer, the jacuzzi or the kids playground.
“Wrong priorities at this island.”
Prive Island is a lux set of condos situated in the picturesque marina of Miami.
According to Marisol, the landlord’s lawyers issued a cease and desist order after watching her video.
She told the Daily Star the owners demanded her to leave the luxury apartment due to her swimsuit.
Marisol said: “Five weeks after I posted the video, I got a letter telling me that my bathing suit is not appropriate and they told my landlord not to extend my lease.
“I was shocked because they stalked my Instagram because nobody saw me at the pool.
“It was 7am and I was alone there.
“I am now no longer allowed there… I can’t enter the island.”
The model has since been forced to move out, it was reported.
Her fans, however, were shocked with the alleged harsh treatment.
“One more place that doesn’t deserve you and you know it,” an Instagram user said.
“Nobody needs that kind of drama in their life,” one added.
“You’re more than welcome to wear that costume at my pool,” a second remarked.
“You should have your attorney write them back with all the stuff they never fix,” another said.
The Sun Online has reached Prive Island Residences for comment.

Another woman who shared “sexy” snaps of herself on social media was sacked after her bosses spotted her daring Instagram.
A mechanic was also given the boot after her workers found out about her racy side hustle.
