GUATEMALA CITY — Guatemalan authorities on Wednesday arrested an Indigenous chief of nationwide protests in 2023 that sought to make sure then President-elect Bernardo Arévalo’s transition to energy whereas additionally demanding the resignation of the nation’s lawyer basic.
