Buoyed by file sale bookings final fiscal, Godrej Properties Ltd. has set a goal to extend its pre-sales by 10% in 2025-26 to Rs 32,500 crore as housing demand continues to be robust.
Godrej Properties sale bookings rose 31% to a file Rs 29,444 crore throughout 2024-25 from Rs 22,527 crore within the previous yr.
In an interview with PTI, Godrej Properties Govt Chairperson Pirojsha Godrej famous that housing demand continues to be robust regardless of world financial uncertainties.
“We have now given a conservative steerage of attaining a gross sales bookings of Rs 32,500 crore for the present fiscal. Hopefully, we’ll do higher than that,” he instructed PTI.
