DONALD Trump has warned he may cripple Russia’s financial system if Vladimir Putin refuses to comply with a ceasefire in Ukraine.
The US President stated there are “issues you are able to do that wouldn’t be nice in a monetary sense”.

His warning comes as stress mounts on Moscow after Ukrainian chief Volodymyr Zelensky backed a proposed 30-day ceasefire.
Requested how he may pressure Putin’s hand, Mr Trump stated: “We may do issues very dangerous for Russia.
“However I don’t need to as a result of I need to see peace.”
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated concerning the talks: “If their response isn’t any, it will make their intentions clear.”
UK Defence Secretary John Healey urged Putin to “settle for the ceasefire, begin negotiations and finish the warfare.”
He added: “I say to Putin, over to you now.”
