BHHS Chicago – Lilac Station is Accepting Lease Applications and has Promotion

The 4-story, 118-unit luxury residential apartment community with commercial space on the ground floor is accepting lease applications. An Early Bird incentive offers one month free on a 13-plus month lease for applications submitted by July 1, 2023.

LOMBARD, IL – Elaine Pagels and Brita Pagels of the Elaine Pagels Group in the Downers Grove office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, are pleased to announce that Lilac Station in Lombard is accepting lease applications. An Early Bird incentive offers one month free on a 13-plus month lease for applications submitted by July 1, 2023. Completion and occupancy are anticipated in June 2023.

Located at 101 South Main Street, Lilac Station is a four-story luxury apartment community with 118 apartments and commercial space on the ground floor. A variety of living spaces appeal to a broad spectrum of residents who will enjoy hotel-style services and amenities. Lilac Station is a short distance to downtown Lombard’s restaurants and shops and adjacent Metra train service offers easy access to downtown Chicago and other locales. The building will include a welcoming first-floor lobby and cyber-café. Holladay Properties is the real estate developer, owner, and manager of Lilac Station in Lombard. The property was constructed by Holladay Construction Group. Elaine and Brita Pagels are designated agents with the exclusive right to lease.

There is an additional monthly rent of $35.oo per month for one pet and $60 per month for two pets. No pet restrictions apply, and Holladay Properties now offers a 50% discount on the pet fee for any pet that has been adopted from a shelter.***

Apartments include studio unit with 1-bathroom; 1-bedroom units with 1-bathroom; 1-bedroom units with 1.1-bathrooms; and 2-bedroom units with 2-bathrooms. Rent at Lilac Station ranges from approximately $1,800 to $2,949 per month.
