Minnesota-based real estate developer The Opus Group has promoted Anne Marie Solberg to lead its legal team as vice president and general counsel.
Solberg is replacing the recently retired Tom Hoben, who joined the company in 2000 and served as vice president for 13 years.
As vice president, Solberg will be responsible for providing legal guidance throughout Opus as well as overseeing the work of outside law firms, according to a statement from the company announcing the move.
