- A week ago, SEC Chair Gary Gensler declared everything except (BTC) securities.
As the United States government continues curbing crypto, the New York Attorney General has hit the Seychelles-based major crypto exchange KuCoin with a lawsuit for allegedly failing to register with the state. On top of that, Attorney General Letitia James also claimed that Ethereum (ETH) is a security, while KuCoin is wrongfully calling itself an âexchangeâ.
