MAGA influencer Elijah Schaffer threw X into a tizzy after he made several posts and then deleted some, triggering speculations that something is not right with him. Schaffer is known for his anti-India posts on X but this time, he posted something alarming about his wife and kids, only to delete them soon. Schaffer said his wife and kids have gone missing and someone planted drugs in his home to implicate him. Then Schaffer trained his gun directly at FBI and said FBI was trying to destroy him and ‘kill’ him. Calling himself a victim of serious targeted felony crimes, Schaffer said his family was kidnapped, and he was robbed and his gun was missing.
He soon deleted the posts but the screenshots went viral with commentators speculating that he probably “killed his family with the gun he claims is stolen”. Schaffer then issued a clarification that his wife divorced him and took the kids. “I’m sober. I’m sad. I have good support. Thank you for everyone supporting me during this rough season. I’ll get through it,” he wrote.
