The master developer of the Westshore Marina District has sold the retail portion of the property.
Fort Lauderdale-based BTI Partners, which developed the district, sold the retail space to a corporate entity based in McLean, Virginia, on Jan. 31, according to Hillsborough County property records.
Transcentum LLC, which appears to be linked to a private investor, paid $12.4 million for Marina Landings, which is home to Cru Cellars, Duckweed Urban Grocery and several other businesses. The purchase…
