It is co-directed by the filmmakers Spike Jonze & Mary Wigmore, which truly makes it the primary actual Spike Jonze-directed mission we have seen shortly. And it is simply so pleasant. Filmed on location at Dick Van Dyke’s beachside residence in Malibu, California. “He permits the filmmakers to tour his residence, showcasing memorabilia from his motion pictures – together with a lifesize reproduction of Bert, his chimney-sweeping character from Mary Poppins,” explains BBC.
