(Reuters) -The U.S. Treasury has knowledgeable Japan’s Nippon Metal that the panel reviewing its proposed $14.9 billion buy of U.S. Metal has not but come to an settlement on the way to deal with safety issues, the Monetary Instances reported on Sunday.
