CHICAGO (Reuters) – United Airways Chief Govt Scott Kirby (NYSE:) on Wednesday stated air fares are returning to regular ranges following the pandemic lows and there may be “not a touch of proof” that rising ticket costs are hurting client demand.
“We’re simply again to regular pricing,” Kirby informed the Bernstein Convention. “It seems like excessive pricing at this time as a result of we’re evaluating to a synthetic low coming off the pandemic.”
