Miami Dolphins rookie running back Devon Achane may have been the breakout player from the team’s 70-20 stomping of the Denver Broncos on Sunday, but veteran Raheem Mostert had himself a career day as well. The 31-year-old veteran found the end zone four times in Miami’s blowout, giving him a league-leading seven TDs through just three weeks. It’s no secret that Miami aggressively pursued some big-name running backs in the offseason but ultimately decided Mostert was their guy. So far, that decision is paying dividends above and beyond what they could have expected.
Which brings us to today’s quiz of the day. Sunday was the first four-score game of both Mostert’s and Achane’s careers, but given how the team looks so far, they could both easily join an exclusive fraternity before season’s end. Throughout NFL history, only 21 players have scored four or more touchdowns in a game at least twice. So with that in mind, how many of the 21 can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
