WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Two administrators of Epic Video games, who had been appointed by Chinese language gaming and social media agency Tencent Holdings (OTC:), resigned from Epic’s board after the U.S. Justice Division’s antitrust division expressed issues that their positions on each the Epic and Tencent boards violated U.S. legislation, the Justice Division stated on Wednesday.
Tencent is also the guardian firm of a gaming competitor to Epic, Riot Video games, the Justice Division stated in a press release.
