What prompted you to pursue a career in construction?

Three years into my studies, I decided medicine wasnβt the path for me, despite good grades. I became interested in construction after meeting a young woman who was studying building construction and hearing about projects she was working on, her summer co-op position and her excitement about her future career path.β¦
