Holladay Properties is the real estate developer, owner, and manager of Quincy Station. Holladay Construction Group constructed the building. The Westmont Chamber of Commerce orchestrated the event that was attended by Chamber members as well as officials from the Village of Westmont and Holladay Properties executives.
Quincy Station is a 5-story, 94-unit luxury residential apartment building that is transit-oriented and pet-friendly. It represents a new building profile for the area, with residential units on top of commercial space. Plans for the first-floor commercial space include the opening of Whiskey Hill Brewery & Kitchen later this year. Rent at Quincy Station in Westmont ranges from approximately $1,800 to $3,600 per month. It is currently 90% leased.
