Development firm SomeraRoad Inc. is under contract to buy the building last home to meat-and-three Arnold’s Country Kitchen, Nashville Post reports.
The building, located at 605 Eighth Ave. S., sits steps away from SomeraRoad’s (based in New York and Nashville, according to its website) Paseo South Gulch development. Ian Ross, the company’s CEO, declined to comment for this story.
