(Reuters) – A Colorado man has filed what seems to be the primary lawsuit towards McDonald’s (NYSE:) over an E. coli outbreak linked to Quarter Pounder burgers that has killed one particular person and sickened practically 50 others.
The lawsuit, filed in Circuit Courtroom in Prepare dinner County, Illinois on Wednesday, alleges that Eric Stelly ate meals from a Greeley, Colorado McDonald’s on Oct. 4 and examined constructive for E. coli just a few days later.
