Utah Jazz ahead Taylor Hendricks underwent profitable surgical procedure at a Salt Lake Metropolis hospital on Wednesday for a fractured proper fibula and dislocated ankle.
Hendricks was injured in a non-contact play in the course of the third quarter of a 110-102 loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Oct. 28. He misplaced his footing close to the basket and landed along with his proper leg pointing in an unnatural place.
Hendricks was stretchered off the courtroom and can miss the remainder of the season.
The second-year ahead averaged 4.7 factors and 5.0 rebounds in three video games (all begins) this season.
Hendricks was chosen ninth total within the 2023 draft out of UCF. He averaged 7.3 factors and 4.6 rebounds in 40 video games (23 begins).
The Jazz are 1-6 coming into Thursday’s street recreation in opposition to the Milwaukee Bucks (1-6).
