TWO people have died and a child was injured after a hot air balloon caught fire in Mexico.
The horrific footage shows the basket light up in ferocious and uncontrollable flames causing passengers to jump out of the balloon as it soars higher in the sky.

The tragic event occurred as the balloon headed out on a flight over the popular Teotihuacan archaeological site in Mexico.
A child suffered second-degree burns to the face and a fracture as a result of the incident.
The local government confirmed that “the passengers jumped from the balloon” and that the victims were a woman, 39, and a man, 50.
Their identities have not been given, nor did authorities say if there was any other passengers were on the balloon.
Several tour operators offer balloon flights over San Juan Teotihuacan, which is 45 miles northeast of Mexico City.
Dozens of balloons fly over the site every morning on the weekends and the prices are around £122 per ride.
With its Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon, and its Avenue of the Dead, Teotihuacan is a popular tourist destination and a surviving monument to the pre-Columbian period.
It was built 1000 years prior to the Aztecs and was considered one of the largest of the ancient world. It welcomes millions of visitors each year from all over the world.
