Community Health Systems (NYSE:CYH) said Tuesday it would sell 2 hospitals in North Carolina for about $320 million to subsidiaries of Novant Health.
The sale includes the 123-bed Lake Norman Regional Medical Center, an acute care hospital in Mooresville, and Davis Regional Medical Center in Statesville.
The transaction is expected to close later this year.
