BEIJING — China on Thursday mentioned that there have been no discussions with the U.S. on tariffs, regardless of indications from the White Home this week that there could be some easing within the tensions.
“At current there are completely no negotiations on the financial system and commerce between China and the U.S.,” Ministry of Commerce Spokesperson He Yadong instructed reporters in Mandarin, translated by CNBC.
