Amazon Web Services (AWS) will invest $100M in AWS Generative AI Innovation Center, a new program to help customers build and deploy generative artificial intelligence, or AI, solutions.
AWS, an Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMZN) unit, said the program will connect its AI and machine learning, or ML, experts with customers to design and launch new generative AI products, services and processes.
Through no cost workshops and training, AWS will help customers scope the use cases which will create value for their businesses, according to the company.
AWS noted that Highspot, Lonely Planet, Ryanair (RYAAY) (OTCPK:RYAOF) and Twilio (TWLO) are engaging with the Innovation Center to explore developing generative AI solutions.
“AWS and Twilio are longtime technology partners, and we’re proud to be jointly innovating on predictive AI, using Amazon SageMaker, and welcome future collaboration around generative AI,” said Kathryn Murphy, senior vice president of Product Management at Twilio.
