Acadia Realty JV Breaks Floor on Dallas Combined-Use Challenge

Acadia Realty Belief and Ignite-Rebees have began development of a $95.5 million mixed-use venture on North Henderson Avenue in Dallas. Balfour Beatty serves as common contractor for the 161,000-square-foot improvement that’s slated for completion by the autumn of 2026.

Designed by GFF, a Dallas-based structure agency, the venture is taking form on an almost 4.8-acre website on the japanese aspect of North Henderson Avenue that has been vacant for many years.
