Barcelona have confirmed the departure of right-back Sergino Dest, who has joined PSV Eindhoven on loan with a view to a permanent move.
The 22-year-old United States international, who was born in the Netherlands and rose to prominence on the books at Ajax, spent last season out on loan with AC Milan, where he managed just eight Serie A appearances.
To try and get his career back on track, Dest has now joined PSV on a 12-month loan which includes the option for a permanent transfer.
Should Dest join PSV on a long-term deal, Barcelona will also have the right to a percentage of any future transfer.
