(Reuters) – Wall Avenue large JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:) requested its staff who’re on hybrid work schedules to return to the workplace 5 days per week beginning in March, in line with an inside memo seen by Reuters on Friday.
Greater than half of staff already come into the workplace full time, in line with the memo from the financial institution’s working committee. JPMorgan has greater than 316,000 workers worldwide.
“Now’s the appropriate time to solidify our full-time in-office method,” the executives wrote. “We expect it’s one of the best ways to run the corporate.”
A JPMorgan spokesperson declined to remark.
