CWCapital has sold Pocatello Square, a nearly 140,000-square-foot retail center in Pocatello, Idaho. Kidder Mathews worked on behalf of the seller, who used its online auction platform to market the grocery-anchored, lender-owned property.
Built in 2006 at 1710-1844 Hurley Drive, the retail asset sits on a 13-acre parcel along U.S. Highway 91. Tenants include Old Navy, Grocery Outlet, Dick’s Sporting Goods and JOANN Fabric and Crafts. Pocatello Square is part of a 67-acre power center that serves roughly 194,000 residents in the surrounding area.
The fully occupied retail center has a strong leasing advantage because the same chain stores cannot be found within a 50-mile radius, Kidder Matthews Senior Vice President Darren Tappen said in prepared remarks.
Tappen, along with Senior Vice Presidents Mike King, Erik Swanson, Peter Beauchamp and Nathan Thinnes, were all part of the team that represented CWCapital in selling the property.
